This neglect brought on a situation where his health was compromised; he had fatty liver, high blood pressure and cholesterol.
After joining Alpha Lee Fitness he started replacing his bad habits with good ones; resistance training regularly, working on his cardiovascular fitness and developing good eating habits.
After months of hard work he got his health situation completely under control and he did not stop there, he continued his good habits to a point where if he’s not active he feels his day is not done! This is exactly what most people should be focusing on.
